Turner Drake & Partners Ltd. offers a wide range of real estate services through seven Divisions: Valuation & Appraisal; Property Tax; Counselling; Planning; Lasercad® Space Measurement; Economic Intelligence; and Brokerage (Sales and Leasing). Our property advisory Valuation Team draws on that expertise to unlock the latent value in your real estate as part of their valuation and appraisal mandate. However these services can also be purchased on a “stand alone” basis! Not all services are available in every province. The Valuation Division’s primary focus is Atlantic Canada (Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick) and Ontario, but they also service the remainder of Canada for existing clients using high definition satellite and three dimensional aerial imagery.
